People like you, who want to develop their professional and commercial gelato making skills and learn more about how to make their gelateria business even more successful. Here you can learn and improve your skills and knowledge to use gelato ingredients and ice cream ingredients for that perfect scoop.
Gelato School will be held at our Majors Group gelato and industrial ice-cream demonstration kitchen and product development laboratory – which is being built right now in our new offices at Brooklyn, Victoria.
Reservations for training sessions will be accepted from genuine industry professionals and aspirants.

Gelato School is provided free of charge as a service to our valued customers and friends in the commercial gelato and industrial ice cream industry, by Majors Group, your gelato and ice cream specialists, and Academia Rubicone. If you like we can provide training in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Auckland, Christ Church, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bertinoro, Venice, Dubai, in fact anywhere in the world where Rubicone is available.
